Gila
Wichmann is an Impressionist painter who lives in Tarp, Germany (near
Flensburg). She
has had showings in Northern Germany as well as in Frankfurt
(Main), Holland, and Denmark. She studied painting in colleges
and in seminars and has traveled to study in the USA, Africa, and Asia.
Gila aslo
teaches painting and textile design in several schools
and college and lectures at the Hochschule University Flensburg.
Recently she has been active and generous with her painting and
time working with her church to raise funds to help the refugees who
